●High-Precision Inspection By utilizing high-speed, high-sensitivity CCD line sensor cameras, advanced lighting technology, and the latest image processing techniques, we have achieved a resolution that is twice that of conventional methods (compared to our company). ●High-Speed Processing Based on a proven suction belt transport system, we have improved the alignment efficiency of tablets and information processing capabilities, achieving a processing capacity of approximately 200,000 tablets per hour for 8mm diameter round tablets, which is 1.5 times that of conventional methods (compared to our company). ●Compact Size The size of the main unit has been reduced. In particular, the length of the device is now 1300mm, increasing the flexibility of equipment layout.
